Complete site feasibility study to increase the production of chemicals for the long term.
Conceptual and detailed design following HACCP and GMP guidelines. Development of maintenance strategy (preventive and corrective). Site management during execution of the upgrade activities.
Modification of the entire ventilation system of the plant, including biological air-filters (designed and produced by DGL Global Services Ltd) for odour reduction.
Manufacturing, assembling and installation of new equipment (glass and stainless steel), piping and Siemens S5 PLC process controllers.

British Petrol GmbH located in Hamburg (D).
After the fall of the Berlin Wall end of the 80’s, British Petrol was one of the first oil companies to start a mega project to build an infrastructure of 200+ gas stations nationwide in a timeframe of just two years.
Conceptual design and Detailed design was made and the procurement started.
Shortly after the start of the mega project, the execution became already behind schedule.
Re-engineering for implementing new techniques like modular building packages (plug and play) was successfully done to shorten the execution time in order to get the project back on track.

Design, engineering and project management of building twelve new laboratories and the decommissioning of existing laboratories.

Good nutrition is vital for babies and children, DOMO is offering a range of baby and infant foods, particularly in Asia and Africa.
Whey is the liquid that is left after preparing cheese from milk. Whey is rich in lactose, proteins, vitamins and minerals.
A design verification was requested by DOMO after finishing an upscale project on the location Beilen. Together with Milieu Diensten Combinatie BV in Arnhem (part of LARECO BV), a design verification took place and readings were done to verify the production capacity of the upgrade. The findings were reported to DOMO Management team.

DAF Truck NV is a company specialized in production of trucks and is located in Eindhoven NL.
In the last century, DAF passenger cars were famous for their Vario-matic gearboxes. The cars were able to drive the same speed forwards and backwards.
For that reason, the DAF was widely praised in special DAF races in Netherlands.
A new test lane for truck engines was built in Eindhoven by a local main contractor. During start up of the lane for testing purposes the installation was malfunctioning. With the help of DGL Global Services Ltd, the problem was located and solved just before the official deadline and inspection by the client. Another happy client!

PFANNI
Pfanni GmbH is located in Cloppenburg D. Pfanni is specialized in potato products.
DGL Global Services Ltd received a challenging request from Pfanni to design a fully hovering prefab platform with a span of 32 meters for the factory in Cloppenburg.
No changes were to be made to the existing building construction and no beam to be installed to keep the workfloor empty.
DGL Global Services Ltd designed the horizontal force free supports, did the full steel calculations and prepared the detailed design drawing package of the hovering platform according GMP and HACCP guidelines up to a bill of material level to be handed over to a construction company for prefab. Construction management on location of this challenging project was done by DGL Global Services Ltd.
